Làm thế nào để chạy song song WAMP Server với IIS 8 trên Windows
WAMP server là một trong những gói phần mềm tốt nhất để lắp đặt và quản lý Apache, MySQL và PHP rất dễ dàng trên Windows. Nhưng khi máy tính bạn đã có IIS chạy sau đó thì bạn có thể không thể chạy WAMP Server tại Localhost. Bạn cần phải tắt máy IIS để chạy WAMP server.
Trong hướng dẫn này, tôi sẽ cho bạn biết làm thế nào bạn có thể chạy WAMP Server trên Windows mà không cần tắt IIS 8 trên Windows 8. Bằng cách làm theo hướng dẫn này bạn có thể chạy WAMP Server trên http://localhost:8080 và IIS 8 trên http: //localhost
Để chạy WAMP server song song với IIS 7, chúng ta cần phải gán port 8080 để WAMP Server để nó chạy vào http: // localhost: 8080 và IIS 7 chạy trên http://localhost .
Để làm điều này, hãy nhấp vào biểu tượng WAMP Server trên thanh tác vụ và đi đến Apache >httpd.conf
File httpd.conf sẽ được mở ra. Ấn "Ctrl + F " tìm ' Listen 80 ' và thay đổi nó thành 'Listen 8080' (Như trong ảnh chụp màn hình). Lưu nó lại và khởi động lại WAMP.
Bây giờ bạn có thể truy cập truy cập WAMP Server trên http://localhost: 8080

2015, nhân sự IT Việt Nam đã dư thừa, ngành tài chính lên ngôi
Dù vẫn nằm trong top 5 ngành có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao, nhưng thực tế nguồn cung lao động trong ngành công nghệ đã xuất hiện tình trạng dư thừa. Trong khi đó, ngành tài chính và kỹ sư sẽ tiếp tục là ngành nóng trong năm 2015.
Công ty chuyên trong lĩnh vực nhân sự Adecco mới đây đã công bố một báo cáo tổng kết thị trường lao động Việt Nam 2014 và dự báo cho năm 2015.
Nhìn vào thị trường lao động năm qua, có thể thấy một số ngành ‘hot’ trong vài năm trở lại đây vẫn đang có nhu cầu cao như lao động trong ngành IT hay tài chính. Tuy nhiên, đáng chú ý là sự nổi lên của một số lĩnh vực, trong số đó nhu cầu cao nhất đó là lĩnh vực bán hàng, chiếm tới 19,16% nhu cầu thị trường.
Đáng chú ý là các ngành nghề có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao tiếp theo đó là kỹ sư và nhân sự, lần lượt chiếm 13% và 8,5% nhu cầu của thị trường. Nó cho thấy cùng với sự phát triển chung của thị trường, nhu cầu lao động trình độ cao, đỏi hỏi về chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cũng ngày càng tăng.
Kỹ sư, nhân sự là những nghề "hot" trong năm 2014
Đặc biệt, riêng ngành công nghệ thông tin, dù vẫn nằm trong top 5 ngành có nhu cầu tuyển dụng cao, nhưng thực tế nguồn cung lao động trong ngành này đã xuất hiện tình trạng dư thừa.
Tới cuối năm 2014, nhu cầu lao động trong ngành IT là 4,21% nhưng nguồn cung lao động đã lên tới 7,2%. Hiện tại, ngành đang có tình trạng dư thừa nguồn cung lao động nhiều nhất đố là marketing. Nhu cầu chỉ 5,6% nhưng nguồn cung đã lên tới 16%.
Tình trạng cung vượt cầu sẽ khiến lao động trong ngành này phải cạnh tranh khốc liệt hơn để tìm được một vị trí thích hợp.
Ở mặt ngược lại, ngành tài chính và kỹ sư sẽ tiếp tục là ngành nóng khi cung vẫn còn khá thấp so với cầu.
Một chỉ số cần chú ý của thị trường lao động Việt Nam đó là chỉ số cạnh tranh nhân tài toàn cầu 2014 (GTCI). Theo bảng xếp hạng của GTCI, Việt Nam đứng 75 trên tổng số 93 quốc gia. GTCI là chỉ số đánh giá dựa trên môi trường tạo khả năng phát triển, cuốn hút và giữ chân nhân tài ở từng nước. Chỉ số GTCI 2014 đại diện cho 83% dân số và trên 96% GDP của toàn thế giới.
Với thứ hạng 75, Việt Nam được GTCI đánh giá là quốc gia có tính đổi mới cao, tuy nhiên năng lực giáo dục, đào tạo chưa cao cũng như khả năng học hỏi trong suốt quá trình lao động của nhân viên còn thấp.
Hai yếu tố trên đang khiến Việt Nam có nguy cơ bị chảy máu chất xám, gây ảnh hưởng tới nền kinh tế đang trên đà phát triển.
Bước sang năm 2015, Adecco nhận định thị trường lao động trẻ (có độ tuổi từ 25 đến 28) sẽ rất sôi động. Đây là nhóm năng động nhất, tích cực dịch chuyển và học hỏi hơn các nhóm lao động ở độ tuổi cao hơn. Yếu tố này hoàn toàn phù hợp với thị trường lao động trẻ của Việt Nam.
Một yếu tố khác đó là các DN Việt Nam sẽ có nhu cầu tuyển dụng những lao động nước ngoài, những người có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm quốc tế.
Ngoài ra, các chỉ số kinh tế vĩ mô, như tăng trưởng và lạm phát sẽ tiếp tục duy trì ở mức ổn định, đây sẽ là điều kiện thuận lợi cho thị trường lao động trong năm 20.

Hi. It's Duy here. I'm the founder and CEO of Robotbase. I grew up on my dad's factory floor. Prior to working on Personal Robot, I ran global sourcing & product development company with distribution centers in California, New Jersey, Delaware, and Asia. I've manufactured and distributed thousands of items and millions of units for some of the largest retailers in the U.S. (i.e. Target, Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, Brookstone, Hammacher Schlemmer, Skymall, etc) and Europe (i.e. OBI, Bauhaus, etc).
I'm bringing the same team of manufacturing experts on board with me on this project in all areas: component sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, quality control, and quality assurance on board with me on this project.
We've been visiting more than 50+ factories in the past 6 months. The pictures above are taken in one of our shortlisted factories who is manufacturing products for some of the largest brands in the U.S. market.

Risks and challenges
There is always some risk involved with new products. Our job is to minimize those risks with our years of experiences in manufacturing, product sourcing, logistics, and quality control. Here are some of the risks that we see and we're confident that we can control them.
Risk #1: Tooling is always expensive and hard to get it right the first time for a product of this complexity. It could take a few iterations and anywhere from 30-90 days to get it right.
Risk Mitigation #1. Have a clear, well-defined specs and requirements. Only work with tooling subcontractors with a proven track record. Be at their facility everyday in person to work with their team until we get it right.
Risk #2. There will likely be some minor adjustments to the final product which could happen during production and could be hard or expensive to make adjustments.
Risk Mitigation #2. Have a well-defined specs. Having 3 perfectly working prototypes prior to production. Test products earlier to find potential issues early in the production lifecycle.
Risk #3. Shipping during the holidays could be delayed due to the shipping traffic.
Risk Mitigation #3. We have great relationships with all of our shipping partners, including UPS, Fedex, Trucking Carriers, and Ocean Freight Carriers. We'll make sure that they're well informed of our schedule. We'll also try to ship out early so that the products can get to you early.
We have years of experience in manufacturing and delivering excellent products in tremendous quantities. There will no doubt be some surprises along the road, but we will watch them and control them as we go closely.
